DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Because our products are digital downloads and are delivered electronically, all digital product sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products once the files have been delivered or made available for download.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• PNG files
• SVG files
• JPG/JPEG files
• PDF files
• DXF files
• EPS files
• AI files
• Digital bundles
• Printable designs
• Other downloadable files

Please carefully review the product description, file types, dimensions, compatibility information, and listing images before purchasing.

FILE OR DOWNLOAD ISSUES

If you experience a problem downloading your files, receive an incorrect file, or believe a file is damaged or defective, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue and provide a replacement file when appropriate.

Please include your order number and a description of the problem when contacting us.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. Duplicate purchase refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

CHANGE OF MIND

Refunds will not be provided because of:

• Changing your mind after purchase
• Purchasing the wrong file type or size
• Not having compatible software or equipment
• Difficulty using third-party software, printers, cutting machines, or other devices
• Differences in colors caused by monitors, printers, ink, materials, or display settings
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing

CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Custom and personalized digital products are non-refundable once work has begun or the completed files have been delivered.
